We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our dynamic and innovative team.
Responsibilities:
✓Monitor and maintain client accounts to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices;
✓Review and reconcile client accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies;
✓Communicate with clients to resolve billing issues and facilitate timely payments;
✓Collaborate with the sales/production team to ensure accurate invoicing and timely delivery of invoices;
✓Prepare and distribute monthly statements to customers;
✓Manage and maintain customer data in the company's accounting data base;
✓Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
Requirements:
✓Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred;
✓Prior experience in experience in accounts receivable or related field preferred;
✓Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel);
✓Excellent verbal and written English communication skills;
✓Excellent analytical skills;
✓Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
✓Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
✓Excellent organizational and time management skills;
✓Ability to organize workload, adapt quickly to change, and deliver under pressure of deadlines.
