- Replenishes paper goods (i.e., cups, napkins, etc.) at bars. - Assists bartenders in cleaning and maintaining bars filling ice bins, etc. - Stocks bars with alcoholic beverages: liquor, wine, beer, drink mixes and non-alcoholic beverages: soda juices, and carbon dioxide at bars using FiFO rotation system.- Makes certain change slips and drop envelopes are available at each bar. - Stocks liquor room with all supplies. - Ensures beverages are properly stocked before, during, and after shift: Berg liquor system, kegs of beer, wine, soda, and CO2. - Maintains cleanliness and organization of liquor rooms, beer coolers, and bars: sweeps, mops, breaks down boxes, and takes out the trash. - Removes all empty kegs from coolers and places in proper storage area.- Cleans all...
