Position Summary

Audi Riverside is seeking a professional and customer-focused Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier, you will be the first and final point of contact for customers during their service visits. This role is essential to ensuring a positive dealership experience, as you will be responsible for processing payments, assisting with clerical tasks, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional, courteous manner.
• Accurately process service and parts invoices, including handling cash, credit card, and check transactions.
• Review invoices with customers and provide basic explanations or direct them to the Service Advisor when necessary.
• Reconcile and balance the daily cash drawer, maintaining accurate records.
• Answer incoming phone calls and route to appropriate staff.
• Perform filing, data entry, and general clerical tasks to support the Service and Parts Departments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional cashier area.
• Support dealership goals by providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior cashier or customer service experience preferred; automotive dealership experience a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in basic computer use; Microsoft Office required, CDK experience preferred.
• Professional demeanor with a positive, customer-first mindset.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $17.00 � $19.00 per hour, depending on experience (DOE).
