MGT seeks a strategic leader to grow and lead its K-12 Facility Master Plan practice. This role drives market expansion, leads complex sales pursuits, and ensures successful delivery of facility master planning engagements for school districts nationwide. The Director builds strong relationships with superintendents and district leaders, represents MGT at industry events, and collaborates across marketing, BD, operations, and finance in a matrixed environment. The role oversees operational cadence, resourcing, and financial forecasting while maintaining high-quality client outcomes. Ideal candidates bring deep knowledge of K-12 systems, facilities planning, and public procurement with a strong track record in consulting sales and client leadership.
