Job Description

Strategy and Planning

  • Monitor the day to day operations of Credit Card data entry as per SLA requirements.
  • Standardize and update data entry instructions and systems documentation (if any)
  • Plan and execute Process Improvement and actively participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Coordinate corrective and remediation measures with the relevant parties relating to audit findings, ensuring actions are taken within deadline.
  • Attend inquiry from DCORO, Risk Control Unit (RCU, SG Business Unit and SG Counter Part
  • Lead in the follow-up on commitments related to audit findings &OR Compliance Risk ensuring actions are taken within deadline.
  • Verify Contigent Worker Agency and Archiving vendor invoices
  • Attend and execute any other reponsibilities/tasks (adhoc) assigned by the management from time to time

 

Support risk culture 

  • Proactively identifies issues and emerging risks and takes swift action to resolve them.
  • Collaborate across various stakeholder group to find the best methods of communication and adhere escalation process.
  • Actively participate in risk initiative/plans and strategy to improve the control environment for Data Entry & Maintenance SG Ops Unit.
