Case Worker I

Summary:   The Child and Family Services (CFS) Case Worker I provides clinical case management to families and children in a multi-cultural setting. The CFS Case Worker I provides outreach, intensive case management, and direct service in coordination and cooperation with systems including school personnel and educational teams, DCF workers, therapists, lawyers and court personnel, the general public and intra-agency collaterals. The CFS Case Worker I is the primary advocate for the child and initiates creative approaches to service delivery and activity that will help the child achieve their potential working toward connection with a permanent resource and long term life plan.
