Quality Analyst - Senior Executive-Business Process & Service Excellence -Quality Excellence
Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Quality Analyst who will play a key role in driving quality performance and operational excellence across multiple lines of business. The role involves leading deep-dive analysis, identifying trends and improvement opportunities, and supporting both Quality and Operations through data-driven insights and coaching recommendations.
The Senior QA will also serve as a mentor to new and existing Quality Analysts, help ensure calibration consistency, and collaborate with leaders in executing quality improvement initiatives and special projects. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels.
