Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Proficient in requirements documentation tools (AzureDevOps, Planner and etc.)
Experience with user journey mapping and process optimization
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of kiosk technology and mobile app development lifecycle preferred
Monitor system support metrics and identify trends in user queries and report findings
