Job Description

  • Manage the end‑to‑end process of clinical and medico‑legal feedback, including initial assessment, investigations, coordination of resolution efforts, and preparation of official responses.
  • Liaise with clinical teams, departments, and external parties as required to support thorough and timely case resolution.
  • Ensure all feedback cases are acknowledged, tracked, and resolved within established timeframes.
