Lead and support the implementation of hospital initiatives in alignment with national and cluster-level strategies and directives.

Drive process improvements and maintain service quality standards to drive excellence in patient care.
Oversee general administration and/or HR matters within the team and oversee staff under your supervision, to ensure smooth operations.
