Job Description

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 6-8 years relevant work experience with preferably 3-4 years of supervisory experience in managing teams
  • Experience in hospital operations and change management is an added advantage
  • Project management skills is a must
  • Excellent leadership, organisational and people management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage complex issues
