To provide adequate relationship management between FirstBank and its customers/clients and to create profitable transactions to meet assigned unit budget.

To effectively sell the bank’s products, mobilize and grow deposits liabilities through the various products and generate revenues. Also, source for new customers and maintain existing accounts.
