Team Lead, Innovation Opportunity Management

JOB OBJECTIVES • To coordinate the identification and evaluation of Innovation Opportunities across the Bank, based on approved guidelines and provide assessment report to the Innovation committee to aid go/ no-go decision making. • To monitor and track the implementation of innovative initiatives across the bank and evaluate benefits realized from implementing these initiatives.
