Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to oversee short-term and long-term rental operations, ensure compliance with company policies, and manage proper documentation. Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end short-term and long-term rental processes

Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies and legal requirements

Maintain accurate rental data, records, and reporting

Coordinate with internal teams regarding tenant onboarding and agreements

Monitor lease agreements, renewals, and contract updates

Handle compliance audits and ensure regulatory adherence

Resolve operational issues related to rental processes

Maintain organized digital and physical documentation systems

Prepare reports and updates for management
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Management, or relevant field)

3–5 years of experience in rental operations, compliance, or property management
