- Design, develop, and implement automated test scripts to simulate real-world user interactions and system behaviors
- Execute automated and manual test cases to validate software functionality, performance, and reliability
- Analyze test results and logs to identify, reproduce, and document software defects
- Collaborate with software developers, product owners, and systems engineers to define testing requirements and acceptance criteria
- Develop, enhance, and maintain test automation frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage
- Participate in regression testing cycles for software releases related to HVAC control systems and compressor functionality
- Ensure test coverage aligns with business, operational, and compliance requirements
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and documentation
- 2–5 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance
- Experience executing both manual and automated test cases
- Hands-on experience with at least one test automation tool or framework (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, TestNG, JUnit, or similar)
- Understanding of software testing fundamentals, including test plans, test cases, and defect lifecycle management
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development environments
- Ability to analyze technical issues and clearly document findings
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Effective communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a technical environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Equivalent professional experience considered
- Experience testing systems related to industrial equipment, manufacturing, or HVAC technologies
- Exposure to testing applications that interface with hardware or embedded systems
- Basic understanding of compressors, control systems, or IoT-enabled devices
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated test execution
- Familiarity with API testing and basic scripting (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
