Job Description
You'll lead the development of innovative adhesive solutions for our high voltage battery packs. In this role you will drive technological advancement in this discipline as part of a small, specialized team. You'll investigate candidate potting and dispense process strategies for new products to reduce the cost and improve performance and own the process from early prototype builds through full volume production and provide potting and dispense design for manufacturability (DFM) input to our product design team
