Job Description
Disciplinary responsibility for the members of the team Be the point of contact for the project managers and proposal managers on resource needs Be the point of contact for the employees on technical matters and professional development Scheduling of staff incl. cooperation in the recruitment of personnel Cooperation with the line managers of the department Ensure technical information exchange and networking within the team, conduct team meetings to share knowledge between projects Implement lessons learned across projects for systems engineering processes Ensure the quantitative and qualitative timely provision of the required personnel with adequate skills for OHB System AG's projects Plan the work processes and tasks of the team, considering the project constraints, by supporting projects in the bidding process, Ensure completion of the allocated tasks productively, effectively and efficiently, taking into account the legal regulations and valid company agreements Evaluate compatibility of Technologies and Innovations with existing processes, Support achievement of department goals
