Subcontractor Manager (m/f/d)

As the responsible subcontractor manager, your main task is to ensure the supply of the satellite programs with complex subcontractor equipment and subsystems. This includes in detail the following work contents: • Participation in contract drafting and actively leading negotiations • Leading the supplier and managing the essential reviews at the supplier during the contract period • Monitoring suppliers, including ensuring compliance with specified cost frameworks, quality standards, work instructions and deadlines • Evaluating supplier performance and initiating and following up on necessary measures • Coordinating and leading selection committees of suitable suppliers, taking into account project-specific requirements and historical performance • Coordination and negotiation of contract amendments • Supporting the project management in risk management, in particular risk minimization with regard to the supplier. • Support of tender campaigns
