Job Description
This role is the key member of the Operations Standardization team that focuses on driving business operation processes improvement to achieve efficiency, effectiveness and standardization across all supporting countries at the regional level.
Selected candidate would need to be responsible for understanding ‘As-Is’ business processes, identifying problems & gaps and developing recommendations for ‘To-Be’ processes. He/She will need to enhance & streamline organizational processes and improve efficiency to achieve cost saving that might leverage on any digitalization/automation tools.
To assist the organization in establishing a global delivery framework with highly optimized & streamlined operational processes for end-to-end process excellence & acting as a true business partner to the business it serves with broader scope & value-added services.
