Job Description

The Trauma Performance Improvement Coordinator is an RN who facilitates obtaining the program requirements necessary for the American College of Surgeons Level I Adult Trauma and Level II Pediatric Trauma Center verification/reverification through identification of issues, finding solutions, and collaborating to affect change. The PI Coordinator uses advanced skills in quality assessment to perform comprehensive quality of care and service audits that develop validated care standards, data repositories and outcome measurements related to trauma patient care.
