Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

● Create a range of concepts and designs for each project and be able to partner with

copywriters to ensure the art direction and visual presentation supports the concept

● Communicate visual designs,concepts and storyboards through presentations and

securing client approval of recommended designs

● Work with Account Managers to ensure each project, in accordance with briefing, are clearly

outlined and deliveries estimated

● Use resources and technology needed to execute assigned projects to junior staff

● Handling campaigns and pitches delivery through ideation and development

● Come up with creative concepts during brainstorming sessions, creative wall reviews, and

project kick-off meetings

● Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines

● Deep understanding of Social media channels and the various formats (Reels/ Tiktok/ etc.)

● Development of Storyboards and Film ideas and presentations that will assist in the

creation of effective campaign proposals for our client base and the winning of creative

business pitches for future global clients

● Development of Digital Communication material, campaigns, as well as Social Media

Content Creation

● understanding trends and recommending new techniques

● Ensuring accuracy of designs and integrity to the brief

● Develop cutting edge animations and edits for the client and the agency’s owned channels

too

● Understands the importance of maintaining accurate and up-to-date timesheets to record

all work

 

Requirements

● 2-3 years of experience in an advertising firm or design studios

● Good interpersonal skills

● Hands-on and exceptional portfolio experience in visual advertising showcasing innovative

concepts and visual storytelling

 

● Meticulous attention to detail

● Effective communication skills (both in conversation and in writing)

● Good presentation skills

● Smart, self-motivated, articulate, diplomatic, approachable, confident, passionate, curious and fun

● Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop- Illustrator- Indesign).

● After Effect, Adobe Premiere, and/or other technical skills related to Design is a plus
