Job SummaryWe are searching for a dynamic, seasoned Assistant Manager with extensive experience in auto parts manufacturing development to spearhead and oversee the intricate process of ensuring the quality and successful production of auto parts. This role requires exceptional leadership, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit to effectively manage stakeholders and drive the development and production processes.
Responsibilities

Review and evaluate customer business development plans, including preliminary component quality plans and preceding stage inspections.

Lead and participate in key meetings such as Commencement Mold Start Review Meetings, ensuring alignment with initial development plans and conducting joint inspections.

Validate mass production feasibility, addressing identified issues, and oversee Commencement Mold Start Review Meetings for Mass Production.

Prepare comprehensive completion reports for mass production development, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.

Oversee and approve manufacturing processes for components, ensuring strict adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Conduct thorough inspections of components to verify compliance with established guidelines and specifications.

Develop and execute logistics and supply plans to facilitate the smooth transition to mass production.

Assess readiness during the mass production phase, addressing any logistical challenges or bottlenecks.

Develop and implement corrective and preventive action plans to uphold quality standards and address issues promptly.

Collaborate with SQ certification agencies to ensure compliance with operational plans and validate parts logistics.

Review and analyze inspection results of third-party supplier parts and processes to drive continuous improvement.

Evaluate the effectiveness of CAPA analysis performance and ensure fluidity in corrective actions.

Monitor the operational status of outsourced parts, certification agencies, and parts logistics to optimize performance.

Lead transfer meetings for mass production and adjust logistics and supply plans as necessary.

Conclude the development phase by ensuring strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and compile a comprehensive Completion Report.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in auto parts manufacturing development, quality control, and project management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in interpreting technical specifications and understanding customer requirements.
