We are looking for an energetic, organized, and proactive Working Student Office Coordinator to become the heartbeat of our Berlin workspace. In this role, you will be the driving force behind a smooth, welcoming, and highly efficient daily office environment. Balancing 20 hours a week around your studies, you will manage day-to-day office operations, support our team, and help cultivate a vibrant workplace culture. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on operational and administrative experience in a fast-paced, international business environment.

Collaborative working - We offer a 3 days a week on site expectation. In addition to our 30-day holiday allowance, we also provide a work from abroad policy, enabling employees to work remotely for up to another 30 days per year (pro rated)
