Job Responsibilities
- Support the establishment and adoption of testing standards, templates, and best practices aligned with the Quality Management Office.
- Contribute to the development of reusable testing processes, documentation standards, and test artifacts.
- Provide input into quality metrics, testing dashboards, and reporting used for program level quality oversight.
- Promote consistent use of testing tools, traceability practices, and defect management processes across projects.
- Identify opportunities to improve testing efficiency, coverage, and overall quality practices.
- Mentor Test Analysts and promote adoption of standardized testing practices.
- Estimate testing effort and contribute to project planning for testing activities, resources, and timelines.
- Implement risk-based testing practices to ensure appropriate coverage of critical legal workflows and integrations.
- Coordinate testing activities across multiple applications, including document management, integrations, and vendor platforms.
- Work with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to confirm requirements coverage and develop relevant test scenarios.
- Configure and manage testing activities in the test management platform such as Azure DevOps or comparable tools.
- Ensure readiness for each testing phase by coordinating environments, test data, access permissions, and cross-system dependencies.
- Lead Integration Testing across internal systems and external vendor solutions.
- Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users, including test preparation, execution coordination, and issue tracking.
- Monitor testing progress, track defects, and coordinate issue resolution with development teams and vendors.
- Provide project and program level reporting on testing progress, risks, defect trends, and release readiness.
- Produce testing completion reports and support production readiness and go live validation.
- Facilitate lessons learned sessions and obtain final test completion approval from project stakeholders.
