Job Description

  • Supporting remotely and locally all RHIM business applications of SAP finance, providing issues resolution, root cause analysis and bug fixing
  • Creating and delivering software conceptual design functional for applications customizing and new developments according to RHIM requirements
  • Cooperating with global service center teams, independent of the region,
    to implement projects, attend requests and resolve the issues related to E2E processes responsibility
  • Leading and participating in task forces to mitigate complex issues,
    eliminate root causes of the problems and achieve system stabilization
  • Working closely with GPE´s, Service desk and Key Users when a very high incident occurs, accelerating the workaround recommendation and issue resolution
