Your responsibilities
- Design and implement the monthly GTM plan for the detailing team based on HCP segmentation and brand priorities.
- Ensure coverage and frequency targets are met to maximize impact on HCP engagement and recommendation.
- Own all medical detailing activities in the market, ensuring compliance with Reckitt’s standards and local regulations.
- Drive operational efficiency through process optimization, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
- Lead, coach, and develop the detailing team to achieve excellence in execution.
- Monitor team performance and provide actionable feedback to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
- Ensure best-in-class detailing communication materials are developed and deployed.
- Collaborate with marketing and medical teams to maintain scientific accuracy and brand consistency.
- Track and analyze detailing KPIs, including call quality, coverage, frequency, and impact on HCP recommendation.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for continuous improvement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Medical Affairs, Sales) to align detailing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Maintain strong relationships with key HCPs and opinion leaders to support brand advocacy
