What We Offer

Competitive Compensation

Base Salary: $85,000–$95,000

Performance Incentives: Up to $16,000 annually

Total Compensation Potential: Up to $111,000 annually

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA Certification in good standing

  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or related field

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Commitment to ethical and patient-centered clinical practices
