Part Time Bartender - Plunge Beach Resort

  Job Title: Part-time Bartender Department: Food & Beverage Reports To: Food and Beverage Director Location: Plunge Beach Resort  We’re on the lookout for an energetic and personable Part-Time Bartender to join our team! If you love creating great guest experiences, mixing up delicious drinks, and working in a fast-paced, fun environment on the beach — we’d love to meet you. Responsibilities: Greet guests warmly and provide excellent service Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in accordance with recipes and standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area Monitor guests to ensure safe alcohol consumption Handle transactions accurately and responsibly Help create a welcoming and upbeat environment for all patrons Perform any other duties as directed by Food and Beverage Director Qualifications: Previous bartending experience required Knowledge of popular cocktails and bar techniques Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy shifts Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays Must be comfortable working indoors and outdoor Must be able to able lift 50 lbs   This job description is not an exclusive or exhaustive list of all job functions that a Curator in this position may be asked to perform from time to time.
