Job Description
Order Puller
We are currently hiring motivated and dependable Order Pullers for a full-time evening shift warehouse opportunity. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have experience with order picking, RF scanners, and warehouse operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Accurately pull and prepare orders for next-day deliveries using an RF scanner
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Complete pre-shift inspections on warehouse equipment
- Report equipment issues or safety concerns to management immediately
- Verify correct products and quantities for all orders
- Build pallets properly to maintain product integrity and maximize space
- Label and organize orders for accurate identification and shipment
- Maintain separation of multiple orders during picking process
- Meet productivity standards, including an 80-piece-per-hour pick rate
- Keep warehouse pick locations clean, organized, and stocked
- Perform general warehouse cleaning and housekeeping duties
- Minimize picking errors and maintain quality standards
Qualifications
- Warehouse or order picking experience preferred
- Ability to operate or learn material handling equipment
- Experience using RF scanners is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift, move, and stack products safely
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
