Job Description

Audubon is currently seeking a Project Administrator located in our offsite office in Salt Lake City, Utah.  The Project Administrator will provide a wide variety of administrative support for the ProjectTeam and for the assigned discipline in a dynamic and fast paced environment. The Project Administrator willpreparevarious documents,maintainproject files, and ensureadherence to standard procedures while developing familiarity with engineering terminology and project control processes

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Completes work according to standard procedures on assignments from the assigned Project Team.
  • Prepares memos, letters, meeting minutes,formsand other documents.
  • Generates reports to support project function.
  • Enters, updates, and maintains data within project database.
  • Edits and formats documents prepared by other team members to conform to Audubon standard formats.
  • Organizes andmaintainsproject files and project Share Point site.
  • Reports administratively and receives direction from the Managers of Projects and functionally to assigned Project Leader.
  • Develops a familiarity with basic engineering terminology and project control processes such as scope definition, design development, scheduling, estimating, cost reporting, CADD/reprographics, and document control.
  • Uses the following office equipment, such as PC’s, printers, fax machines, copiers, telephone equipment, and various other office machines to complete work.

  • All employees are responsible for supporting Audubon Companies’ Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures. This includes:
  • Performing duties in a manner that protects personal and team health and safety
  • Participating in required HSE training, meetings, and reporting activities
  • Identifying and reporting hazards, near misses, and unsafe conditions
  • Following safe work practices and complying with applicable regulatory requirements

 

EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

Required / Preferred Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma AND 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.  
  • Capable of reviewing and approving deliverables for consistency and presentation.
  • Ability to work independently within established guidelines.
