Job Description

The role requires to handle sensitive employee issues and employee records with high degree of confidentiality and integrity, facilitate training, and provide guidance on PICG policies and procedures in accordance with the overall organizational policies and in keeping with the local laws and regulations. The incumbent will work closely with the Global ER head to support all facets of PICG for the business.
