Scrum Master/Agile Coach

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support our FIS Cloud Platform team during a major growth and transformation phase. You will work with a highly mature platform engineering team , guiding it through scaling, organizational change, and the evolution towards stream-aligned, product-oriented team structures . This role goes far beyond classic Scrum facilitation: you will actively shape how agile works at scale in a "platform as a product" environment and help establish sustainable structures for long-term growth.
