Job Description
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain OutSystems applications and connectors for IAM product integrations, ensuring seamless connectivity between identity systems and enterprise applications.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting on OutSystems components, resolving user-reported issues and maintaining system stability to meet SLA requirements.
- Support large scale identity lifecycle change events.
- Collaborate with vendor teams and internal stakeholders on OutSystems deployment, upgrades, and problem resolution whilst minimising system disruption.
- Support application onboarding processes by developing OutSystems integrations, configuring workflows, and implementing change deployments for new IAM-connected applications.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation covering OutSystems development work, including requirements, design specifications, test cases, deployment procedures, and user guides.
