The job As our new Junior Project Coordinator, you will support the Project Manager and Program Manager who are responsible for the development of our product, Columna CURA. The project management is responsible for ensuring that we develop the right solution to the right quality and to the agreed time and budget across our large development department and several development teams. As a Project Coordinator, you will play an important role in supporting and assisting the Project Managers in their day-to-day business. Some of your key tasks will include: handling administrative tasks and invoicing supporting the team in maintaining strong and structured customer relationships assisting in the planning of internal and external meetings, including booking meeting facilities and producing material for the meetings taking part in sculpting the processes and tooling to support efficient governance assisting with ad hoc coordination across projects and ongoing customer engagements The position will involve 10-15 hours of work a week, and we are flexible in how these are arranged around your studies. Joining the team As our new Junior Project Coordinator, you will become part of Cura Projects & Services. A team of 20 dedicated specialists, responsible for managing and developing our ongoing customer relationships with Danish municipalities, one of the market's most advanced EHR systems, currently operating in more than 35 Danish municipalities. The team covers the full span of customer engagement from project delivery and implementation to long-term service management and includes implementation consultants, domain experts, architects, service managers, and technical and communication consultants. We value each other highly and have a strong focus on collaboration, knowledge sharing and building strong relationships in the team, including social sync meetings with fun online games. Are you the person we are looking for: You are ideally studying for a relevant BA or MA in Information Technology, Business Administration, ITKO or similar, with at least two years remaining. The educational background is not that important, as long as you are interested in administration and are passionate about delivering high‑quality results.
