Cardiovascular Sonographer- PRN

This position performs diagnostic cardiac ultrasound exams that include echocardiograms, echocardiograms with Lumason contrast, and stress echocardiographic imaging studies for cardiologist review and interpretation. The Sonographer performs diagnostic vascular ultrasound examinations to determine anatomy and hemodynamic physiology of the arterial and venous vascular system. Must be proficient in carotid duplex, venous and arterial duplex, and ankle brachial indices. Assists with updates to policies and procedures for cardiovascular diagnostic services and coordinating the various aspects surrounding the studies with the appropriate departments and clinical care providers.
