Program Manager – Software
Job Summary Leads complex, technically challenging software programs for medical devices (SaMD and SiMD) from initiation through maintenance. Bridges technical engineering and business strategy to maximize product performance and patient safety. Manages cross-functional teams, oversees scope, schedule, and budget, and serves as the primary liaison to senior leadership. Uses broad experience and company objectives to resolve complex issues, develop best practices, and strengthen internal capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality, Operations, Marketing, etc.) through the software development lifecycle (SDLC) under design control.
Build and manage integrated project schedules, balance resources, track budgets and milestones, and prevent scope creep.
Prepare project charters, lead stage-gate reviews, and hold teams accountable for QMS and business deliverables.
