Job Description
The Sales Specialist provides pre-and post-sales support. The individual must be able to confidently introduce new technologies, effectively communicates the benefits of Diagnostic product solutions, comprising of cytology and molecular, primarily to , medical laboratory professionals, OBGYN physicians and medical personnel, Key Opinion Leaders, and affiliated decision makers in a defined geographical area.
The role also involves acting as lead sales expert in initializing and closing sales in order to consistently achieve year over year profitable growth. This will involve preparing an annual business plan, implementing strategies for market penetration and as well as analyzing business needs and providing new opportunities for growth. The role heavily involves maintaining and building customer relationships, developing customer base with excellent support and implementation of customer relations programs.
