Provide assistance to the Field Service and Global Product groups in support of customer service issues, sometimes handling these issues directly with the customer.
Support the Manufacturing department throughout the machine build and setup process, reconfiguring files as required to address issues and design modifications.
Develop and improve templates to support the semi-automated process for configuration file development.
Image, configure, and occasionally troubleshoot Windows PCs used in the product line.
Perform software unit and system testing as directed.
Additional tasks and projects to support other Veeco product lines or locations.
