Job Description
Maintain accurate records of goods ordered, received, and delivered Manage and coordinate activities of personnel engaged in the receipt, storage, retrieval, and the timely dispatch of goods from warehouse. Manage in arranging all material in warehouse and lay-down yards as efficiently as possible to maximize productivity of personnel and utilization of space. Ensure all workplace health and safety requirements are met. Upon the establishment of inventory, coordinate cycle counts and take responsibility for min/max requirements, re-order reports, etc. to ensure consistent supply chain management practices are met. Assist the Chief Storekeeper in running the operation and managing the logistic. Plan and arrange all material in warehouse and lay-down yards as efficiently as possible to maximize productivity of personnel and utilization of space. Proactively initiate & implement improvements to warehouse where applicable.
