Job Description
The Warehouse Coordinator will also be responsible for the following tasks: Managing the flow of stock into and out of the warehouse. Extending duties to proper review and filing of Receipts/Picks/Returns/Restocks/Inquiries. Additionally, the Coordinator should be able to utilize in a timely manner the Oracle order processing system, to assist each area Supervisor as directed. Must work independently and proactively while clearly communicating to management any key customer service or system issues. Work with receiving and shipping personnel in the processing of Reimbursements, 3rd party receipts, Quarantine loads into the Oracle system. Training compliance for the facility will be overseen by the Coordinator position. In addition to Inventory discrepancies, the Coordinator will be relied upon as an Oracle inventory subject matter expert reporting to the Inventory/Returns Supervisor.
