Job Summary
The focus of the role is the management and independent control of cross-location HR projects.
Contract terms: Full-time, limited for 1 year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Management and independent management of cross-location HR projects with a focus on organizational development, process optimization and change management
- Active participation in shaping and implementing strategic HR initiatives in close coordination with management and global (HR) functions
- Design, implementation and continuous development of HR processes and standards in the production environment
- Constructive and solution-oriented cooperation with employee representatives in the context of change and implementation projects
- Drafting, negotiating and implementing works agreements in close cooperation with employee representatives
- Advising executives and employees of a small support area on human resources and employment law issues
- Advice and support in the implementation of individual personnel measures
- Support in the recruitment process for specialists and managers
Education
Successfully completed studies, ideally with a focus on human resources, business psychology, business administration or a comparable qualification.
Work Experience
- Several years of experience in the HR environment with initial responsibility for HR projects, transformation initiatives or strategic HR topics
- Experience in an international manufacturing company desirable
- First experience in managing cross-departmental project work
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Very good knowledge of project management (classic and/or agile)
- Confident handling of MS Office, SAP and SuccessFactors desirable
- Sound knowledge of employment law to support project-related measures
- Strong analytical skills as well as a structured, conceptual way of working
- High level of consulting and communication skills at management level
- Assertiveness and ability to actively shape change processes
- Proactive, self-reliant and solution-oriented way of working
