Managing capacity on a portfolio of routes comprising several countries and bases
Deliver monthly capacity plan updates to stakeholders and management
Building and maintaining financial evaluation tools as required
Work closely together with Revenue Forecasting, Revenue Management, Scheduling, Controlling and Airport Development teams to ensure cross-functional alignment of network decisions.
Assessing competition in terms of strategic plans, capacity changes, strengths / weaknesses and recommending actions based on the risks and opportunities
Assessing and interpreting market, economic and industry trends and the impact on route choice
Managing the airport cost mix to ensure it does not exceed budgeted costs
To be successful in the role the manager needs to continuously work on improvements and developments in the current tools and processes of the Network area, therefore an innovative and process-driven mindset is essential.
