Cybersecurity Application Engineer Job description Owner of turnkey technical and compliance kits including reference software, test assets, and full conformance documentation for product cybersecurity and automotive functional safety. Drive end-to-end technical readiness for cybersecurity and functional safety regulations across company products. Provide technical support for qualification and certification with external labs, working closely with the Certification and Qualification Lead. Provide support to customers in meeting cybersecurity and automotive functional safety certifications. Key Qualifications BSc/MSc in EE/CS (or equivalent experience). 5+ years in embedded/firmware or security/safety engineering with demonstrated delivery of compliance work products. Strong systems view of secure architectures (secure boot, key management, secure software updates, attestation, etc) Excellent technical writing (Safety Manual, cybersecurity case, test reports) and stakeholder communication (customers, labs). Practical experience in supporting worldwide customers. Practical experience in preparing conformity for cybersecurity or functional safety regulations. Preferred – familiar with at least one of the following regulations: ISO26262, EN 18031, IEC62443, ISO21434, or Common Criteria Preferred – familiar with functional safety architectures (ECC, CRC, error detection, watchdogs, etc)
