Registered Nurse (RN) - LIFE, Per Diem, Vineland/Williamstown

This position manages the flow of clinic leading all staff in provision of medical and nursing care, ensuring high quality standards. Coordinates services with primary care Providers; acts as primary liaison. Triages and assesses participants as needed. Provides skilled nursing care to participants, implements orders, develops appropriate plans of care, provides participant, caregiver, family, and staff teaching and communicates participant’s condition to caregivers, primary care, and the interdisciplinary team. In the absence of the Clinic RN Manager, assumes his/her responsibilities, including oversight of all responsibilities for LPN, Clinical Assistants, and Clinic Clerk.

QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of a school of professional nursing, BSN required. 1 year working with the frail or elderly. 2 years of Nursing Experience. RN License – New Jersey, BCLS. Valid Driver’s license, proof of insurance and have a reliable means of transportation.
