Communications Advisor (Consultant)

Under the overall supervision of the IOM Chief of Mission, direct supervision of the Migration and Border Management (MBG) National Programme Officer and the overall coordination and oversight of the MBG Senior Programme Officer, the Consultant will provide advisory services to the Ministry for Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine, other Government actors of Ukraine and IOM project team on digital transformation of queue management at international automobile border crossing points (IABCPs).
