Senior Backend (PHP) Specialist (Consultant)

Under the overall supervision of the IOM Chief of Mission, direct supervision of the Migration and Border Management (MBG) National Programme Officer and the overall coordination of the MBG Senior Programme Officer, the Consultant will provide expert services to the State Service of Ukraine for Transport Safety (Ukrtransbezpeka) for the development, maintenance, and modernization of the “eQueue” digital ecosystem, a national ICT solution for managing vehicle queues at international automobile border crossing points (IABCPs).
