STUDENT- LGBTQ Center Student Coordinator for Community Engagement

POSITION DESCRIPTION The LGBTQ Center Student Coordinators for Community Engagement advocate for the needs of LGBTQ+ students, educate the campus community on relevant LGBTQ+ topics/issues, and provide outreach for the LGBTQ Center’s services and programs. LGBTQ Center student staff will advance their skills in inclusive community building by providing event support, engaging the Center’s visitors, and connecting students with campus and community resources. This role will provide valuable experience for future careers in community outreach and advocacy, social work and counseling, event planning, nonprofit leadership, diversity education, LGBTQ+ research, and more!
