Painter - Facilities Maintenance

Paints and maintains all interior and exterior related areas of Covenant Health System Hospitals and facilities. Prepares surfaces for painting. Paints wood, metal, plaster, sheet rock, concrete, and other surfaces. Tapes and prepares finished surfaces, applies paint with brush, roller, or spray gun. Completes work generated from maintenance work orders written by department heads or supervisors. Will also perform other related duties as directed by the Supervisor and/or Director of Facilities Engineering.
