TMS Treatment Coordinator / TMS Technician

Position Summary
Beacon Behavioral Health is seeking a compassionate and organized TMS Treatment Coordinator / TMS Technician to support the coordination and delivery of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation treatment services. This role includes patient communication, scheduling support, treatment preparation, documentation, and assisting with daily TMS treatment operations under provider supervision.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and prepare patients for TMS treatment sessions
- Coordinate appointments, reminders, and treatment schedules
- Operate TMS equipment according to established protocols and provider direction
- Monitor patients during treatment and report concerns to the clinical team
- Document treatment sessions, attendance, and related patient information
- Communicate with patients, providers, and staff regarding treatment needs
- Maintain a safe, calm, and professional treatment environment
- Follow HIPAA, confidentiality, and clinic policies
- Assist with treatment room setup, equipment checks, and related administrative tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Medical Assistant certification, clinical training, or healthcare experience preferred
- Behavioral health, psychiatry, neurology, or outpatient clinical experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Comfortable working directly with patients receiving behavioral health treatment
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to follow clinical protocols
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is patient-centered, reliable, and comfortable balancing clinical support with treatment coordination. Previous experience as a Medical Assistant or in a clinical care setting is preferred.
