Job Description
The Knowledge Management Officer position focuses on developing and updating a standardized Knowledge Management Strategy for the territories that Guardian General operates within.
He/she will develop, design, and conduct a range of learning interventions, including technical (e.g., product and web portal) and behavioral (soft skills) that are aligned with the company's strategies.
He/She will also maintain/manage Product and Developmental course content through the company’s Learning Management System.
This role supports the income growth of Guardian General with emphasis on the non-broking sales force to increase education and sales on the products.
